Become a Raindance Film Festival Benefactor
Greetings!

In a very few weeks, on Wednesday 1 October at 7pm, Raindance Film Festival launches with a terrific independent film followed by one of the parties of the year, and I would like you to be there.

Opening Night is always over sold, and the best way to guarantee a seat is by becoming a Benefactor.

And there are lots of additional benefits to becoming a benefactor:

What's on offer this year?
In addition to screening over 150 films, we host a range of events including the following:

OPENING AND CLOSING GALAS! - Red carpeted screenings of a future hit film with huge afterparties, complete with DJs, goody bags and free drinks.

PARTIES!
- Rub shoulders and network with filmmakers, industry folk and fellow enthusiasts.

EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS! - A wealth of informative classes specialising in specific aspects of production.

SPECIAL GUESTS! - Get up close to well-known film idols and learn how they got to where they are.

LIVE MUSIC! - Revel in an indulgent dosage of live bands and artists every night in our exclusive festival bar.

PANEL DISCUSSIONS! - Keep yourself within the zeitgeist of modern debate with talks on a selection of film-related topics, curated by industry professionals.

LIVE!AMMUNITION! - Pitch your script to a panel of experts and well-known faces in front of a room full of people, with the hope of winning hard cash and possibly having your idea optioned.

FestivalPoster Our history
Since 1993, the Raindance Film Festival has screened independent films in the heart of London. We are very proud of the films and filmmakers we have featured. Filmmakers like James Marsh (Man On Wire) who screened his first feature, the stunning Wisconsin Death Trip in 1999. Christopher Nolan (The Dark Knight) screened his early short (Doodlebug) and his first two features: Following and Memento.
Who will be the new discovery this year?

What your support does
Organising and delivering an international film festival costs much more money than we receive from the box office. Last year we had a record breaking box office which covered just over 12% of our annual budget. The balance is secured through commercial sponsorship. Benefactors like you allow us to maintain and expand our programme.

Raindance exists because of you and your support. Thanks very much.

Sincerely,
Laurier
